Looks like somebody had a hard time getting out of the garage!I was driving through a neighborhood in Queen Creek last night and came across this odd sight. I don’t know the details about how this happened but I hope they have a good insurance policy.
WSJ is reporting, HUD through the FHA is working on plans to allow first-time home buyers to use the $8,000 tax credit for purchasing a home as the down payment if the loan is done through approved lenders and non-profits.
