Choosing the Right Neighborhood

Your neighborhood can have a big impact on your lifestyle. Here is a list of several things you may want to consider when choosing a neighborhood for you and your family. I recommend investigating these things before you begin to look at homes.
- Check out the school district.
- Find out if the neighborhood is safe.
- Commuting to and from work and your favorite places.
- Determine if the neighborhood is economically stable.
- Home Owner’s Association rules.
- Airport Flight Paths and Related Noise.
- Environmental Concerns.
- Make personal observations.
Over the next several days I will follow up with additional posts and go into more detail on each one of these areas.
