Located in the Cambridge Estate nieghborhood this is a good size home for the money, list priced at $85,000 that is only $38/sq. ft. The home features a large enough yard for a pool and then some, RV gate, huge loft, upstairs laundry, dual sinks in the master bath, water softener and is very close to the elementary school in the neighborhood.

The downside, the house needs carpet, blinds, one of the bedroom doors, and a range/oven and microwave. Overall, in my opinion the home is in average condition for a foreclosure. As always, I recommend a good home inspection once it is under contract.
