Bank owned homes also know as REO (real estate owned) properties represent some of the most affordable homes on the market today. And there is a wide variety of foreclosure homes on the metro Phoenix market to choose from.

While the high number of foreclosure listings on the market represents a challenge for people who want to sell their home, they have also brought about an incredible opportunity to purchase a home at a bargain price. In many cases Phoenix foreclosure homes are being sold for less than what it would cost to build them. And median home price data for October 2008 from ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listings Service) shows that homes haven’t been this affordable since May of 2004. Add to that the fact that mortgage rates are near their historical lows and you have what might be the perfect mix to pick-up a smoking deal on a home.

Until recently the only way to search for bank owned homes in and around Phoenix was to buy the list from one of the many foreclosure list sellers. But that has changed now that ARMLS (Arizona Regional Multiple Listings Service) has allowed us to display foreclosure listing information here at AllPhoenixHomesforSale.com. In an effort to make it easier to find Phoenix foreclosure listings as well as in surrounding areas we’ve added search tools for individual cities (see the list on the right side of this page).
